Teghan is passionate about sports, holistic care, and ensuring you get the most out of your sessions. In her sessions, she uses gentle mobilization, deep tissue massage and active release technique, cupping, and dry needling and to support treatment will prescribe exercises.
When she is not in private practice Teghan is working with NSW Indoor Netball and Volleyball AU tours, she has also worked in the elite and local level Crossfit community for 10 years and programs preseason training for community Netball clubs.
Apart from clinical life, Teghan is a Teaching Academic at Victoria University and RMIT teaching future Exercise Scientists/ Physiologist/ Physiotherapists, and Chiropractors.
Teghan is also currently completing her Graduate Diploma in High-Performance Sport Science at ACU and is a Development level netball coach at Macedon in the RDFNL.
Sports Therapist, Personal Trainer
Brooke first started her work as trainer at Epping Football Club while trying to figure out what she wanted to study after year 12, this lead Brooke to begin her studies in Sports therapy.
After graduating in 2016, Brooke began working in private practice and also started working as a VFL trainer for Footscray Bulldogs for the 2017 season. After a year as a trainer, Brooke was elevated to head trainer where she has been able to work closely with the AFL team at training, game days, pre-season camps, and managing a team of trainers at VFL level. Brooke enjoys being busy.
Brooke has now been working in private practice for 8 years and is about to begin her 8th season with the Western Bulldogs.
In a Remedial session, Brooke uses a variety of techniques including deep tissue massage, cupping, stretches, exercises, and dry needling.
In a PT session, Brooke will take an objective and goal-orientated approach to your sessions, keeping you accountable & on track!
Dr Randy Hoysted D.C
Dr. Randy Hoysted grew up in country Victoria and studied Science at Melbourne University. After three years of travel and work overseas, Randy returned to Australia to pursue a Chiropractic degree at RMIT, graduating with Honours in 2006. Randy has practiced in country Victoria, southern Tasmania, and Southeast Queensland.
Randy enjoys working with a wide demographic and has extended her skills in care associated with pregnancy, infancy, and childhood. She has served as a chiropractic representative on a multidisciplinary specialist board and has a strong interest in supporting patients who participate in sports. Randy is currently advancing her skills with Mat and Reformer Pilates qualifications.
Randy is a qualified Level 1 Sports Trainer and volunteers in community sports such as AFL and Cricket and Basketball.
Techniques Randy uses in a chiropractic session include; Manual and Low force techniques such as Sacro-occipital technique (SOT) and Activator, Deep Tissue massage, Active release massage techniques, Dry Needling, Cupping and Exercise prescription for at-home recovery and rehabilitation,
believing that the best outcomes are achieved through detailed assessments, diagnosis, and communication with her patients.
As a mother of two active boys, Randy's non-working hours are spent supporting their sporting commitments and staying fit with Pilates, Yoga, Weights and daily walking.
Ryan Knight
Is a graduate of MIMT in Remedial Massage and Myotherapy.
His interest and passion for an optimally functioning human body came from the many injuries he has overcome due to sports.
Ryan uses various techniques such as Active Movement Release Massage, Deep tissue release, gentle release work, cupping, dry needling, and exercise prescription to ensure you get the most out of your sessions.
Ryan has a strong interest in sports and injuries, he has previously worked Eltham Panthers Senior AFL team in injury treatment and prevention techniques. As part of our ongoing community support, Ryan is working as a Sports Trainer with the Keilor Football Club in injury assessment and player training/game day preparation.
Outside of work, Ryan spends his time at the gym, online gaming when he has the time, and heading to the footy.
